Service Description ClipTwin is an AI-powered face swap tool that allows users to upload a photo and a video to generate a new video with the user's face applied to the person in the source video. 2. Account & Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use ClipTwin. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. 3. Acceptable Use You agree not to use ClipTwin to: create non-consensual intimate imagery; impersonate others for fraud or harassment; generate content depicting minors; create content that violates any applicable law; or infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights. 4. Content Ownership You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. Generated outputs are yours to use, subject to these Terms. 5. Subscriptions & Billing Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. 6. Free Tier Free accounts receive a limited number of swaps per month at 720p resolution with a ClipTwin watermark. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time. 7. Limitation of Liability ClipTwin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost data, service interruptions, or content moderation decisions. 8. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account by contacting us. 9.
